At Home Labor Contraction Follow-up Chart

(Get your own copy for free!)

When you have reached the end of your pregnancy and get a clear contraction, you are most probably excited and ponder whether it is a true labor contraction. When these contractions are irregular and don’t become stronger, longer or more frequent, they are, sometimes, mistakenly called false labor contractions.

There is, however, no such thing as a false labor contraction. These “false contractions” are prelabor contractions and they have an important role in toning your uterus, helping your cervix to dilate and adjusting your baby’s position for birth.

The best and easiest way to find out whether you are in labor is to time your contractions for an hour. If you have had six or more contractions that last at least 30 seconds each and increase in intensity, chances are good that you are in labor.

In order to easily time and document your contractions, use the At-Home Labor Contraction Follow-up Chart.

You and your labor caregivers can quickly see the progress of your labor with a single glimpse of the Chart. By writing down the time of contractions, the length and sensations, you will have a remarkable fact sheet that tells you whether you are in labor or in prelabor.

Now you’ll get a copy of your own by filling out the form below. You’ll get your copy of At-Home Labor Contraction Follow-up Chart in few moments into your inbox.

There is no charge for the Chart (it’s free) and because the chart is in PDF format you can print out as many Charts as you think you might need.
