Acupressure and morning sickness

Inner Gate (P6). This is the most important point to use for nausea. It’s located three finger-widths from your wrist on your forearm. Press firmly between the bones, and hold the point for three minutes or longer, if you can. You may begin to feel a pulsation, which is an indication that your body is releasing tension. If your arm becomes tired, switch arms and press on the other forearm.

Leg Three Yi (ST36). To find this point, place your fingers just outside your shin bone on the front of your lower leg. Move your big toe, and you will feel movement in the area of the point. Press in this area about four finger-widths below your kneecap.

Heavenly Container (SI17). This is a point just under your earlobe where your jaw bone begins. It may be tender, but press as firmly as is comfortable for several minutes.
