Maternity Acupressure and Easier, Shorter and Safer Birth is not a substitute for madical care from a trained professional

The Easier, Shorter and Safer Birth guide reveals many very powerful techniques for inducing labor naturally, getting effective labor pain relief, relieving feelings of nausea and anxiety and much more.

Labor acupressure has been shown to be a safe method to induce labor when the pregnancy is overdue and your doctor has estimated you can deliver vaginally.

Inducing labor with acupressure helps you to avoid medical induction. Acupressure is also a very effective method in giving labor pain relief, helping you to relax and keep calm. All this helps you to avoid pain mediation and slowing down your labor.

Labor acupressure helps you and your baby to experience an easier, shorter and safer birthing experience without any of the risks and side-effects all the medical interventions do have.

Acupressure helps you to keep in control, remain your freedom and to participate actively in your own labor.

Although these techniques are very effective, they are not meant as a substitute for medical care from a trained professional. Please see your doctor when you have questions about your pregnancy or labor.

You should regularly consult a licensed health care professional in matters relating to your pregnancy, labor and health in general and particularly in respect to any symptoms that may require diagnosis or medical attention.

Let your doctor and midwife, and whoever else is assisting with your pregnancy and birth, know that you are using labor acupressure.

Please note that acupressure must not be used directly on the spine, infected or burned skin or a recently formed scar. Don’t apply pressure on areas that are hot, red or swollen. Never practice acupressure on bone fractures and be very careful with the pressure if you have brittle bones or osteoporosis. During the first month after an injury or an operation, do not apply pressure on the affected site, even if the site has healed normally.
